Your satisfaction with your purchase is very important to us.

For digital products such as PDF patterns, exchanges or returns are not possible.

​

For physical products, our exchange and returns policy is based on the Consumer Protection Code.

For exchanges or returns, the product must be returned without signs of use, washing, stains or adjustments.

It must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and invoice.

Used garments cannot be exchanged or returned.

The product that does not meet the conditions required above will not be accepted for exchange or return and will be returned to the sender.

According to article 49 of Law 8.078/90, the consumer has the right of regret, being able to withdraw from the purchase  within 7 days of receiving the product.

Upon arrival of the product here at the atelier, the product will be analyzed, if it is in accordance with the rules, the refund is made, along with the cost of shipping.

If you want to exchange the piece for another size, color or model.

Please email: guinevere.atelie@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the product. The cost of shipping is divided, you pay for the arrival and we pay for the return.

In the case of a defective part, it is possible to opt for the repair, in which case the shipping is at our expense.

Exchanges are subject to stock and raw material availability.

Custom garments cannot be exchanged.

Upon arrival of the product here at the atelier, the product will be analyzed, if it is in accordance with the rules, the exchange is carried out.
